1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Please Note: Delivery estimates are approximations only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure (Crucial Disclaimer)

While we partner with reliable international courier services to ensure timely delivery, AS Gulf LLC is not liable or legally responsible for any delays in shipment once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that delivery times may be extended due to circumstances completely beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Customs clearance procedures, inspections, or administrative holds in the destination country.

- Carrier sorting delays, peak seasonal volumes (e.g., Black Friday, holidays), or labor strikes.

- Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or global/regional transport disruptions.

- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and coordinating with the courier service, but shipping delays do not entitle the customer to immediate refunds, order cancellations, or compensation.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AS Gulf LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or clearance fees applied to your order in the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because a customer refuses to pay local customs duties or taxes, any return shipping fees or penalties incurred will be deducted from the customer’s potential refund.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated and active within 24-48 hours.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives significantly damaged, please document the damage (take photos immediately) and contact our customer support.

However, AS Gulf LLC is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are claimed to be lost or stolen at the delivery address. We highly recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure or tracking your package closely on the day of delivery.
