- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.

- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Right of Refusal

As a store, we inspect all returned items upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any return and deny a refund if the product shows signs of use, wear and tear, or has any condition that prevents it from being resold as new. If a return is rejected due to these reasons, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

4. Return Shipping Costs 

Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
